Refund policy
All items sold by Big County Labs LLC are sold for off road use only. Using these products on public roads is a risk and the sole responsibility of the customer. Please reference your local state vehicle code regulations regarding imposed modification laws.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Do not order if you may change your mind and try to seek a refund. We do not cancel orders just because you changed your mind. Many items are made to order so once the order is placed, your parts go into production!
Big country labs llc reserves the right to cancel any order at any time with out notice. Refunds will be issued for the total amount minus any payment gateway fees. If we have cancelled your order in the past for any reason and you re order we may still cancel your order again. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you have had a previous order cancellation.
Products-
Due to the nature of hand made Fiberglass and Carbon Fiber products there may be Some minor cosmetic blemishes, weave imperfections, sanding scratches etc. as hand made items are not 100% perfect. Fiberglass parts will need body work, sanding and finishing for paint. We send out what we see as acceptable for sale and nothing less. Powder coated items may also have small blemishes as they are coated by humans and not a robot / machine. We try our best to provide the best product we can. Machine marks may be visible on brackets, uprights and end plates.Bolt holes in wings may need to be Tapped with the correct tap to loosen debris caused by manufacturing. Please keep that in mind when inspecting items. If you do not agree to this simply do not order on the website.
Damaged delivery - See our shipping policy.
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please send videos detailed photos of the packaging (prior to and after opening) and product to holler@bigcountrylabs.com immediately. To be considered, any problems must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of product delivery. All Items are sent out in good condition, due to the nature of composite products damage can occur from time to time due to poor handling from the courier company. This is out of our control and we will do our best to help with an claim but this is up to the discretion of the courier company. All items are shipped at the retail Declared Value, NOT INSURANCE. (Declared value is not shipping insurance!) Couriers like an insurance companies will often deny claims as they simply do not want to pay out for any reason. IF THE CARRIER DENIES A DAMAGE CLAIM FOR ANY REASON WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY WHAT SO EVER. Damage is rare, we do our best to pack all items so they will arrive safely. Shipping costs are not included in any claim for damage. Shipping costs can not be refunded or claimed back. Risk of damage is not the responsibility of Big Country Labs LLC. Do not accept delivery of a package with clear physical damage to the box. All packages are signature on delivery and this can not be waved for any reason. If YOU have damaged an item, scratched, dented, chipped, cracked etc we will not accept a return. If you do not agree to this simply do not order on the website.
Returns
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted and exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A re-stocking fee of 30% will apply if we accept. If you change your mind we will not accept the return. If you have damaged an item, scratched, dented, chipped, cracked etc we will not accept a return. If you do not agree to this simply do not order on the website.
Back Ordered Items
If stated or not on the website or not that the item you are ordering is on back order, and you place an order you agree to wait until the items are ready to ship. We will do as much as we can to ship orders as quick as possible but depending when and what you order wait times can be lengthly from time to time on occasions. We appreciate your patience while waiting. We strongly advise you contact us before ordering a back ordered item to get an estimated ship time frame. Refunds are not given when we state items are on back order or if your wing is able to be made and shipped in a reasonable time frame. We are not amazon so patience is needed from time to time. If you do not agree to this simply do not order on the website.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your order is cancelled before time of shipping, you may be eligible for a refund if your order has not been specifically produced for your order (email us to confirm this). Minus the transaction fees for credit cards and Affirm. Orders that are not in stock and are produced for the order may be subject to a restocking fee of 30% (please contact us prior to ordering to confirm if the parts you need are in stock or need to be produced for your order). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A restocking fee may apply for certain orders.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note when and if you are refunded the credit card fees of 2.6% + $0.30 or 3.6 + $0.30 for International and American express and Diners will be subtracted from the refund total due to Shopify Terms of Service After March 1, 2020. By purchasing with Big Country Labs LLC you automatically agree to these terms. Do not place an order if you do not agree to this
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot and will not be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, email us holler@bigcountrylabs.com for shipping information. Authorised returns accepted only.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your an International customer and have a return accepted, the item must be shipped at your expense to the USA and not a local dealer or seller.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International shipments may incur import taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer to pay 100%. If for some reason BCL is charged for your import taxes / Duty's we reserve the right to bill you for these. This is not negotiable.
